Office Manager

Lisa and her husband are both from Jacksonville, NC. She started as an errand girl for an orthodontist’s office, was offered a full-time job, and has worked in the dental field ever since. Our office manager loves helping patients and creating long-lasting relationships, and her favorite part of the job is seeing all the happy smiles after treatment. Outside the office, Lisa and her family enjoy spending time together, going to the beach, boating, surfing, and staying busy with the kids’ lacrosse activities.

Front Desk

Lindsay is from Charlotte and moved to Wilmington, NC right after high school to attend college and live at the beach. She chose dentistry because she loves helping people and believes there’s nothing better than seeing a patient leave the office with a smile on their face! Outside of work, Lindsay and her husband enjoy spending their weekends out on the boat. She also loves to travel and spend time with her family. The theme song of her life is “I’ll be there for you” from the show Friends.

Stacie is from a small town outside of Raleigh called Pine Level and has lived in Wilmington, NC for several years. At Hoggard Family Dentistry, she enjoys meeting new people and helping our visitors through good old-fashioned southern hospitality. In her spare time, she loves hanging out at the beach with her family, reading, shopping, and watching the Tar Heels play basketball. The theme song of her life is “Where Everybody Knows Your Name.”

Dental Hygienist

Kelly was born in Pennsylvania but has lived in North Carolina since she was six. Her uncle, who is a dentist, thought she would love being a dental hygienist, so she looked into it, applied for school, and God took care of the rest. Kelly loves helping people with their oral health and cherishes the relationships she forms along the way. In her free time, our dental hygienist enjoys photography, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling. Her bucket list includes seeing the Northern Lights and visiting New Zealand.

Dental Hygienist

Diana is originally from Wilmington, NC, and chose to work in dentistry because of a traumatic childhood experience, which inspired her to help others feel more comfortable at the dentist. She loves working one-on-one with our patients to educate and provide the best care for optimum oral and overall health. Outside the office, Diana likes to take walks, read, soak up the sun and fresh air, and travel. A fun fact? Her mom is her hero, making the most of each day and treating everyone with love and respect.

Dental Hygienist

Amy attended dental hygiene school at Forsyth in Boston, MA, and has been practicing for over 34 years. She believes she knew her career path from a young age; when she drew or painted people’s faces as a child, she’d always make sure they had teeth. Today, Amy loves helping people improve their health and smiles. Outside the office, she belongs to the Cape Fear Pickleball Club and travels to play competitive games. Some fun facts? She and her husband lived in Bandung, Indonesia for a year, and her sons are in the Navy and Airforce.

Dental Hygienist

Mary Anne is originally from Northern New Jersey, lived in Maryland for some time, and moved to North Carolina in 2021. She chose dentistry because she wanted to work in health care but wanted to be able to work one-on-one with patients and get to know them better. In her free time, Mary Anne likes spending time with family, working out at the gym, visiting the beach, and watching the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Capitals. A fun fact? She was born in Trinidad, West Indies.

Jill was born in Spartanburg, SC, and moved to Wilmington, NC in 2006 to be closer to her family and the beach. She’s always been interested in dentistry because of its power to change someone’s smile and outlook on life, and her first job was for her childhood dentist. In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, riding four-wheelers, going to the beach, and entertaining friends at cookouts.

Chelsea spent most of her life in the foothills of North Carolina before moving to Wilmington in 2022. She moved to Wilmington to be closer to family and the beach. Chelsea did not always know she would love being in the dental field but, 13 years ago when it presented itself she fell in love with giving patients their smile back and never lost the passion. Outside of work her time is spent with her son, friends or playing softball

Amanda was born in Hudson Valley New York but moved to Greensboro as a child. Amanda moved to Wilmington in 2019 with her son and daughter to be closer to her parents.
Amanda has always had a compassion for dentistry, and helping others so she decided to become a dental assistant. She loves working with patients of all ages but has loved working with pediatric patients.
