Replacing Missing Front Teeth with Dental Implants

Patient Information
This patient presented with missing front teeth and decay on adjacent teeth that already had crowns, which affected both the function and appearance of the smile. The patient did not want a removable partial denture and was not interested in orthodontic treatment to address crowding.
After a comprehensive evaluation, we determined the patient had a stable bite and healthy jaw joints, making her a good candidate for dental implants. Two implants were placed to replace the missing teeth, and a custom implant-supported bridge was fabricated to restore the smile.
Dental implants provide a strong, long-lasting solution that replaces missing teeth while helping preserve bone and maintain proper bite function.
The result is a balanced, natural-looking smile and improved confidence when speaking and smiling.
